Booking Terms & Conditions
Once made a course booking or hen party booking cannot be transferred to an alternative date. If for any reason you are unable to attend a course please feel free to send a substitute. If you book a workshop for several days duration please make sure you can attend all days. Please check the dates carefully prior to booking.  When you book any course or hen party you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
All workshops and courses must be paid for in full prior to the workshop. Payment can be made by cash, PayPal, credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Hen Party Bookings
Hen party bookings cannot be transferred to an alternative date.  Dates are booked when an initial agreed deposit is made and must be paid for in full at least 30 days before the date the party is to take place.

Whether booking by email or online you are acknowledging you have read and accept the terms and conditions.

Cancellations By you:
Refunds will only be given for workshop, courses and hen parties that have been paid for in full and will be issued on the following basis:
28 days or more before date of workshop 30%
28-22 days before date of workshop 15%
Less than 21 days, no refund will be given

Cancellations By us:
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop, course or hen party, you will be given at least 24 hours notice and offered a transfer to another date or a full refund. We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.

Online shop purchases
Please note there are no returns or exchanges accepted for products sold in our online shop.  Colours may vary from those shown due to variation of images on the internet.  Postage, where charged,  is shown for each item.  All items, unless otherwise stated will be sent by second class mail.   If you are unsure of any item please email your queries to sheilamay@birminghamschoolofsewing or call on 07920031744
